When you don’t need to book yet
If you’re burning four or five fires a winter, gas starter, glass doors closed, nothing dramatic, the buildup after twelve months usually isn’t worth a full cleaning. Book the $59 inspection once a year anyway. That’s what catches a cracked flue tile or a failing crown before it turns into water damage, and it costs less than dinner out.
